Since the beginning, Guillaume Olivier has been a passionate of mediterranean flavours filled with sunshine from the region, which you can find through his dishes.
The chef offers you a different menu per season to relish fresh quality produce at every time of the year. Spring-Summer-Fall-Winter Menu
You select the entrée, main course and dessert out of the seasonal menu.
You meet with the chef on location the day before to organise the details of the reception and for the chef to familiarise himself with the spot.
On the day, the chef takes care of the groceries, comes to your location and devotes himself to the preparations of your reception.After having served the meal, the chef makes sure to leave your kitchen as it was left to him.
You don't need to do anything! You can simply pamper your guests!
